Monk.trade provides financial research tools through the web and compatible AI apps. The service is informational and educational; it is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Accounts and clients
You are responsible for your account, connected AI apps, and credentials. Do not share access or use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or platform security.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or redistribute protected content, circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, or use Monk.trade for an unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Monk.trade software, product design, and original content are owned by LabStack LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or research accuracy. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LabStack LLC is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
